Welcome to the website of Code on Wheels ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website at www.codeonwheels.org (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our accompanying Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Site.

2. About Our Organization

Code on Wheels is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to providing programming education. The content on this Site is provided for general informational, educational, and charitable purposes.

3. Use of Website and Educational Content

We encourage you to use our Site to learn about programming and our community initiatives. However, all content on this Site—including text, graphics, logos, images, curriculum summaries, and educational materials—is the property of Code on Wheels or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

  • View, download, and print content for your personal, non-commercial, and educational use.

You may not:

  • Modify, copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute our content for commercial purposes without our express written permission.
  • Use our Site in any way that could disable, overburden, or impair the Site, or interfere with any other party's use of the Site.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Site, the server on which the Site is stored, or any of our integrated third-party platforms (such as Givebutter or HubSpot).

4. Donations

If you choose to support our mission by making a donation through our Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

  • Third-Party Processor: All donations are processed securely through our third-party partner, Givebutter. We do not directly collect or store your sensitive financial data (such as full credit card numbers).
  • Tax Deductibility: Code on Wheels is a recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Donations are generally tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. You will receive an email receipt for your records.
  • Refunds: Because donations are charitable contributions, they are generally non-refundable. However, if you made an error in your donation amount, please contact us within 7 days at hello@codeonwheels.org and we will do our best to assist you.

5. Third-Party Links and Resources

As an educational organization, we frequently provide links to external coding platforms, resources, or third-party websites (including our donation portal). These links are provided for your convenience. Code on Wheels does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites.

While we strive to keep the information on our Site accurate and up-to-date, programming technologies change rapidly. Therefore, the Site and all its content are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis.
